Sick
I feel like crap. Unfortunately I'm at that annoying spot of being sick enough that I don't want to do shit, but not quite sick enough that I feel justified going home from work. Plus I went home early yesterday.
I was at that spot last Friday. My solution was to be at work and not actually do anything useful, except when asked a direct question. I'd have felt guilty about it if I wasn't on salary, but I figured me being at work but only 25% productive was better than me being at home and 0% productive.
I ended up going home again, I did accomplish the only time sensitive stuff I had for the day. My boss kept asking why I was still here. At my office I basically have about 8 mom's instead of bosses. Half are RN's so I tend to listen to them when they say go home.
