This is notes from someone working with Rumsfeld after 9/11 talking about where to attack in retaliation. take a wild guess who was mentioned, yes Bin Laden is in there and that guy that had nothing to do with 9/11 but is the one of the two we did try to catch, Saddam. not exactly shocking but its nice to see it writen out for you.
