Is this the same Anonymous that was giving me advice previously, the one who's identity I was trying to figure out? Just curious.
Once I get a few more replies then I'll say the age of the latest attempt.
I'd say 20-21 if you want a shot at a sustainable relationship, 18 otherwise (agreeing with the previous commenter).
On the other hand, I recall a senior I knew in college dating a freshman and being roundly mocked for it... so be prepared for that possibility if you decide to go the younger route.

Yeah I was asking in terms of relationship, I'm not really into one night stands. I mean its happened, usually, er always, involving excessive alcohol intake but if you've read anything here before you'll know I'm not much good at the chase I'd much prefer to find someone I can hang onto for a while.
Hang in there. My husband never had a girlfriend until he was about 28 and met me. You don't have to be good at "the chase," you just have to get it right when the right one comes along. And anybody who's blogging as a Vonnegut alter-ego has to have at least some elements of coolness about him.
Ha! Thanks, yeah I'm sure I'll find someone eventually. I had given up hope for a while but someone pretty special came along and reminded me that its worth the trouble. Things turned out very very badly with her, but hey at least it got me trying again.
I'm also fairly well convinced that being smooth and all of that is really only useful if you're going after the type of people I have no interest in in the first place.
Shit, go older if you want a decent relationship. Trust me, older women are better. :)
