Where did Jesus live?

Nazareth right? Born in Bethlehem cause supposedly back then you did the census by going to some town where some relative of yours used to live. But heres a point I've never heard before, while there is evidence of people in the area and ancient tribes as far back as 9000 years ago, there is no evidence that the city of Nazareth existed at the time of Jesus. I find that interesting.

Ha! That's interesting. I just tackled the historical claims of the Exodus on my blog, but the point ended up being that I have just incorrectly assumed some stories of the Bible had been validated by some kind of evidence outside the Bible. This is another interesting "assumption" that seems to lack evidence. But why am I shocked??

I always assumed that the bible stories were like fishing stories and after thousands of years that fairly large bass became a freaking water walking whale, but I always figured the bass was real. These days I'm not even sure of that.
